Rap legends Public Enemy are on their way to achieving a fan-funded album- they have pulled in donations of $50,000 (£30,000). Last month (Sep09), the group agreed a deal with SellaBand, an online fan funding engine, which gives devotees the chance to finance their idolsin exchange for albums, meet-and-greets and even a cut of the profits.
